Axúdame a Xentir S.L.U., in accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, informs users of our website www.xabierdiaz.com (which we shall refer to from now on as the Page) of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will apply to the processing of the personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing the Page or the corresponding applications from mobile devices. By providing Axúdame a Xentir S.L.U. with their personal data through the electronic forms on the Website that our company has enabled for this purpose —contact section or the Application— and, where applicable, by checking the corresponding acceptance box, the User expressly consents that Axúdame a Xentir S.L.U. may process such data under the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy and for the purposes set out herein.
