Returns Policy

At AXÚDAME A SENTIR S.L.U., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our group’s CDs, vinyls, and merchandise. Therefore, we provide the following returns policy in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.

1. Return period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request the return of purchased products, provided they are in perfect condition and meet the conditions below.

2. Product conditions

Products to be returned must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging intact.
  • Include all accessories, tags, manuals, or original documentation.
  • Customized, signed, or limited edition products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or shipping error.

3. Return procedure

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at contratacion@xabierdiaz.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.
  2. You will receive instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or sent in error by our company.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.
