The Tambourine Man is an album in which, together with the Adufeiras de Salitre and two musicians (Gutier Álvarez, on hurdy-gurdy and violin, and Javier Álvarez with diatonic accordion) shows a renewal of Galician popular music adding an avant-garde approach throughout the 11 traditional Galician songs and one in Spanish that make up the album.

Prominent musicians of traditional Iberian music also collaborate, such as Kepa Junkera, Carmen París and Aleix Tobias (Coetus), as well as other Galician musicians such as Xosé Manuel Budiño, Fernando Barroso or Alfonso Merino.
